Henri III de Tristain (ヘンリ3世・ド・トリステイン, Henri Sansei do Torisutein) was King of Tristain four hundred years before the reign of Henrietta de Tristain.[1]

Background[]

During the reign of Henri III, the Charming Fairy Inn, then known as Eel's Bed Inn, was established. One day, when he visited the city in secret, he apparently arrived at the bar with no known appeal. He was said to fall in love with a waitress he met in the bar. However, given his status and high rank, he gave up his love for the woman and sent a bustier as a memento of their love. The ancestors of Scarron, the present owner of the bar, became fascinatingly impressed by the story and changed the name of Eel's Bed Inn into Charming Fairy Inn based on the bustier that Henri III gave the woman. The bustier was cast with the spell Attraction most likely by Henri III himself, as well as with a spell that changes its size to fit whoever wears it.[1]

Appearance[]

Henri III was known for his handsome appearance, earning his moniker of being Tristain's Attractive King
(トライステインの魅力的な王, Toraisutein no Miryoku-tekina Ō). Because of this, he was considered to be a "reincarnation of a fairy".[1]
