Emperor Oliver Cromwell (オリヴァー・クロムウェル, Orivā Kuromueru) was the leader of Reconquista during the reign of King James I at the height of the Albionian Civil War. After the organisation emerged victorious in their scheme, he instated himself as emperor, thereby naming Albion as the Holy Republic of Albion (New State of the Reconquista in the anime).[1]
