Duke Charles de Orléans (チャールズ・デ・オルレアン, Chāruzu de Orurean) was the husband of the Duchess of Orléans and father of Charlotte de Gallia and her twin sister, Josette de Gallia.

Charles was the younger brother of Joseph de Gallia. According to Percerin, he was more adept as a mage than Joseph, and he was full of charisma and talent, making the previous monarch consider him as an heir despite being the a second child. When the previous king passed, the Palace was split in two over which son was more worthy of the throne. In the midst of the filthy battle, Charles was murdered with an arrow, making Joseph as the next king.
